Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Snyder IT (Snyder Innovative Technologies LLC) handles your information across our websites and products, including snyderit.com and whisper.space.

Operated by Snyder Innovative Technologies LLC · Effective June 22, 2026 · Last updated July 16, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Snyder Innovative Technologies LLC ("Snyder IT," "WhisperSpace," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our websites, products, and related services—including snyderit.com, whisper.space, our web and mobile applications, and other services we operate (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Information we collect

Depending on which Services you use, we may collect information in the following categories:

  • Account information — name, email address, password (stored as a hash), and account preferences you provide at registration or in settings
  • Contact and inquiry information — details you submit through contact forms, email, or other outreach on our websites
  • Integration data — credentials, tokens, server URLs, library keys, profile identifiers, and similar metadata needed when you connect third-party services (for example, Plex) to a Snyder IT product
  • Content and usage data — files you upload or store with a product, related metadata, feature usage, playback or reading position, history, device names, and usage metrics needed to operate the product and enforce plan limits or billing
  • Billing information — subscription plan, usage-based billing preferences and caps, usage for the current billing period, payment-processor customer and subscription identifiers, and payment status. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor (such as Stripe), not stored on our servers
  • Device and technical data — device identifiers, browser or app type, IP address, and general diagnostic logs used for security and troubleshooting
  • Communications — messages you send to support and feedback you voluntarily provide

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including product features, websites, and related support
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts
  • Process subscriptions, usage-based charges, and billing through our payment processor
  • Track usage against included plan limits and your billing settings where a product offers metered features
  • Respond to inquiries and communicate about the Services
  • Improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and detect abuse or fraud
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and other applicable terms, including investigating reports of illegal or prohibited content
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities
  • Send transactional emails such as verification codes, password resets, and billing notices

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers — hosting, cloud storage, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and security or bot-protection providers that process data on our behalf under contractual obligations
  • Feature providers — third-party APIs used to power optional product features (for example, metadata lookup), when you use those features
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate illegal activity, or to respond to valid legal process. We report illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, to appropriate authorities
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to continued protection of your information

5. Your content

Content you upload, store, or submit through the Services is processed to provide those Services to you. We do not use your content for advertising.

We may access stored or submitted content when necessary to operate the Services, enforce our terms (including removing prohibited material), respond to abuse reports, or comply with law.

6. Data retention

We retain account, inquiry, and usage information for as long as needed to provide the Services, respond to your requests, or meet legal and operational requirements.

When you delete your account or content, we delete or de-identify associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, billing, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Administrative and security logs may be retained for a limited period according to our internal retention policies.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Where you have an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

8. Your choices and rights

Where the Services provide account settings, you may update account information there. Where billing is offered, you may manage billing through our payment processor’s customer portal. You may also request account deletion or other assistance by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact privacy@whisper-space.com to exercise these rights.

We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, and basic site functionality.

We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how our websites are used. You can limit analytics through browser settings or available opt-out tools provided by analytics vendors.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact privacy@whisper-space.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. International users

The Services are operated from the United States by Snyder Innovative Technologies LLC. If you access the Services from other regions, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
